Rita House is a beautifully presented new-build semi-detached property located in the heart of Doncaster, directly opposite the famous Doncaster Racecourse. Designed with comfort, style, and practicality in mind, this modern home offers a clean and luxurious aesthetic throughout, featuring high-quality John Lewis furnishings, premium linens, and exceptionally comfortable Emma mattresses to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
Don’t be fooled by the size of the property — although Rita House has two spacious bedrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The property also includes a large and welcoming living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern family bathroom, and an additional downstairs WC for added convenience.
To maximise comfort for larger groups, we have carefully selected a premium double sofa bed, chosen specifically for its outstanding reviews in quality, usability, design, and comfort.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including a private double driveway with free parking for your convenience. Check-in is simple and hassle-free, with your access code sent shortly before 4:00pm on the day of arrival. Our team are always just a phone call away should you require any assistance during your stay.
Situated within a brand-new residential development, Rita House enjoys a highly sought-after location while still offering a peaceful, safe, and family-friendly environment — ideal for families, couples, contractors, and business travellers alike.
The property benefits from excellent insulation, a brand-new central heating system, and fantastic water pressure, helping to create a warm and relaxing stay all year round.
